Since his days studying Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Dayton, Eric Kulikowski has dedicated himself to the pursuit of excellence. In his role as a senior Operations leader for Philips Home Healthcare, Eric inspired a highly engaged team to become a world-class operation and the region's employer of choice. A daily focus on quality, cost, delivery, safety and morale was the backbone of his success. During Eric's leadership, two of his western Pennsylvania assembly plants were separately recognized by Industry Week Magazine and Assembly Magazine as being the best factories in North America.
Today, Eric is a recovering engineer! As a Leader Development Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator, Eric started his business - Dare to be Amazing - to help leaders thrive in their ever present chaos. Eric is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association and speaks approximately 25 times per year. Eric is a board member of the Susan G. Komen Foundation affiliate in Pittsburgh and participates on other non-profit and for-profit boards as a member.
