Dr. McLean has worked in numerous fields over her career and offers 17 years of leadership, management, finance and team collaboration experience. She has been enlisted in the United States Army, an officer in the United States Air Force, a member of industry and a government civilian employee. Regardless of the role she has during the day, Dr. McLean consistently receives requests to provide mentoring, coaching and career advice. She has also participated in a formal interagency mentoring program among statistical agencies in the Washington, D.C. area.
Like most, Dr. McLean has experienced challenges throughout her life. Her experiences and personal challenges are huge contributors to her desire to inspire others.
