Dustin is a young man who was born in Brooklyn,NY on July 1,1977. He led a comfortable life until moving to MD where his dreams of being a physician were bolstered by a successful middle and high school career. He moved onto Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA where he gained independence and learned how to live on his own. Being homesick, Dustin returned to Maryland and started to work for Costco Wholesale. During that time he got his Emergency Medical Technician and started driving ambulances for Lifestar Response. Dustin finished his Nursing Assisstant’s license and started working in Emergency room’s around Maryland. In 2004, Dustin was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis or ms. In 2005, Dustin had brain surgery to deal with symptoms of the ms. Dustin was featured in the Laurel Leader in March of 2006 as someone dealing with the changes the illness has brought. In summer of 2006, Dustin developed a strong affinity to counsel and help young people make decisions that will impact them positively. With that call, Dustin joined the Spirit of Faith Bible Institute and graduated with a certificate in Ministerial Studies. While speaking and encouraging young people to live a greater life, he has obtained a doctor of divinity from World Christianship Ministries. He has a calling on his life to teach about how perseverance is important in this journey of life.
