Dr. Camesha Carter is a professional speaker, motivational author, world changer, successful entrepreneur and change coach, who help students, faculty, staff, and administration achieve positive powerful partnerships by inspiring the individual to accentuate, build and calibrate professional, private and personal relationships. An observer of human nature, Camesha noticed that there is a method in developing partnerships with others. Being resourceful and optimistic, Camesha went on her quest to solving the question “How to partner with anybody?” As she delivered topics and expressed possibilities, epiphany struck, and “Everybody in here is grown” was born.
From that day forward, the acknowledgement mantra became a guiding principle on how to hand all relationships for Camesha. Now, “Everybody in here is grown” has turned into The Partnership Principle to finally end her quest for relationship building. Constantly relating to people, from all walks of life, Camesha emits confidence to those who need it, gives care to those who needs and not afraid to tell the truth when those who needs it ask questions. Her charismatic style, makes you believe that she know your partnership predicament, and moves you to a solution. Camesha has a passion to move people past their fears and into a positive partnership.
Dr. Carter’s training is vast and varied. Camesha started in customer service as a teenager. She worked in business through college where she became an educator and trainer through the tutelage of Louisiana State University- Shreveport . Seeing the need for more comprehensive leadership, Camesha received her Master’s in Reading, ESL from Centenary College or Louisiana and a certificate in Administration from Lindenwood University. Wanting to further her education, she received an Ed.D in Educational Administration also from Lindenwood. After hours of observing human behaviors, Camesha found a common theme; all human behavior is motivated. Translating this concept into a tangible and visual partnership is Camesha’s specialty.
She engages your mind with quality resources and creative approaches. She also plans to create an atmosphere where people can effectively connect with one another and build long lasting partnerships.
Dr. Carter’s ultimate goal is to further her success by leasing a balanced and fulfilled life. She is committed to her family and pursuing philanthropic and spiritual works while also making time for her own creative pursuits, including mentoring girls, young women and young men.
