Husband and wife team Dederick and Swiyyah Woodard
I'm Swiyyah Woodard, CEO of Swiyyah Productions Inc. My husband, Dederick Woodard, has been speaking professionally for 20 years in the community focusing on leadership, team building, effective communication, bullly prevention, character development, and education for at-risk youth in low poverty communities. He is author of "Discover U," and has an Associates degree from SPC College and a Youth Development Specialist cerficate from SPC College. He is now CEO of True Vine Empowerment Ministries Inc. 501c3 status. I have a BA degree in Psychology with a concentration in Business Administration. After I obtained my degree, 14 years ago, I was hospitalized 6 times and misdiagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. I wrote a fictional book inspired by my true story entitled, "Don't Call Me Crazy! I'm Just in Love," which became required reading at SPC College. I was later awarded as a Baynews9 Everyday Hero seen by 2 million viewers for overcoming and teaching others how to overcome. I began speaking in 2011 and was professionally trained by my husband. It's been 10 years since my last relapse.
