I spent quite a few years as an employee and then a hiring manager before I opened my own company, Small World Recruiting. Now, I hire people for other companies for a living.
I am a recruiter focused on the Logistics and Supply Chain Management industries.
In 2014, I opened Small World Recruiting. We have clients and candidates all over the world. I believe in working with the top candidate and my ties to the industry and my membership in industry leading organizations makes that possible. We also partner with the best clients because we believe that our candidates deserve a great place to work.
My strengths include utilizing emotional intelligence in the hiring process and promoting a quality workplace culture. We use video interviewing, job bench-marking and skill based assessment reference checking to present our candidates because we believe that a person is more than their resume.
While studying the LEAN philosophy, to better serve our manufacturing clients, we decided to become LEAN at Small World. We follow Lean Six Sigma principles and practices in everything we do.
