Prior to founding Liddell Consulting Group, David honed his skills in organizational and business development, sales and marketing, business growth, and employee retention, training and coaching through his work in the manufacturing, technology distribution, computer software, and information technology consulting industries. Specifically, he has held strategic roles at Ingersoll-Rand, General Signal, Computer Associates, Avnet Inc, and Dextrys (formerly Darwin Partners/DarwinSuzsoft).
David is a 360 Solutions LLC-Certified Trainer / Knowledge and training content for organizational assessments, strategic planning, executive coaching, leadership development, team performance and sales for optimization.
David is a Certified & Strategic Business Partner with Profiles International. A comprehensive array of employee assessment instruments used for hiring, promoting, succession planning, 360 feedback programs, management development and training.
