After the realization set in that I was not going to be a Country Music star or get paid to hunt and fish, I decided that it was time for me to find a “real job”. I was 18 years old and my mother managed a local mortgage company. I inquired with her to see if any of her connections were hiring. She explained that her office needed someone to run errands and implied I was the man for the job. That was nearly three decades ago and another example of how sometimes our parents know better than we do.
Since that time I have worked in nearly every position in the retail side of mortgage banking. I have a strong background in origination production and currently run the NC, SC, and AL retail markets for Union Home Mortgage. Most people look at my history and believe that I am an expert in Mortgage Banking...while that is true it is important to note that one can never wear their Mortgage Banking or Real Estate hat until they first wear their sales hat.
I have spent the last ten years speaking to audiences across the country about "finding their innergator". A program developed to help inspire and motivate individuals to find the greatness within them. It is my goal in each session that those attending understand that each of us have greatness within us and it is up to the individual to find it. I have has the honor of addressing Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Bankers, insurance agents, Medical Device inventors, and hundreds of others involved in sales. Through the use of Southern stories, humor, and passion these presentations cover a range of topics. The eight hour session goes through every aspect of "Finding your innergator". It is also broke down to topics like "Understanding the language others speak", "Own the Day or the Day own you", What you focus on Expands", Understanding Objections", and "If you measure it...you can mange it. If you mange it...you can perfect it."
I look forward to engaging with you regarding speaking at your next event or company training. I can be reached at Bryan@innergator.com or on Twitter @innergator.
