Bob is the co-author of Creating the High Performance Work Place and has spent the last 20 years teaching these principles to some of the most successful companies in the country. He engages leaders and organizations in all industries to create the highest performing work environments possible.
Bob grew up on a wheat and cattle farm in western Kansas and has earned degrees in both Civil Engineering and Business Administration. In the early part of his career he worked as a Construction Project Manager, was the co-owner of a construction company, and the Human Resources and Training Director for a national construction firm.
Humor and comedy have always been one of Bob’s passions. While living in Chicago he began to study stand-up and improvisational comedy, training through the Second City Players Workshop, and has performed with numerous improvisation troupes since.
Bob has taken his life experiences and created an impactful, humorous and engaging presentation that energizes audiences to take actions on solutions that have been hiding in plain sight.
Bob is a member of the National Speakers Association and speaks at numerous expos and events throughout the country each year. He is also a commercial voice over and video actor.
