Arianna Grace is a survivor.
She grew up in Appalachia, in an area known best for drug addiction and poverty. But the challenges didn't end there. Arianna experienced horrific child abuse that resulted in facial reconstruction surgery.
But none of that defines her.
Since those days she completed a Bachelor's in Business Administration, served in strategic management roles with big companies, and even founded a start-up or two. She has traveled the middle east alone, worked with children of prostitutes in a crack house, and snuck into Cuba.
Arianna speaks about personal and corporate Resilience, Social Good in Business, Increasing the RQ (Relationship Quotient), Managing Change, and several Leadership and Teamwork- related topics.
Below are a few more details about Ari:
Arianna is a passionate leader, coach, and speaker who helps CEO's and Entrepreneurs solve their hardest problems and reach their full potential. Clients often remark on her authenticity and ability to tell them the truth, even when it's hard for them to hear. The founder of a start-up recently remarked that "It was like she was inside my head. Within minutes she helped me 'get' the issue and an hour later we had a plan to address it. She's like Yoda!"
Arianna has worked for small, rapid growth startup businesses, for three years as a consultant for a Fortune 20 corporation, in her own businesses, as well as with ministries, community organizations and individuals. In her various roles, she led the development of a major e-commerce site, caught a contract loophole that added millions to the bottom line, reversed a failing RFP process (worth millions), and put out hundreds of fires (and prevented thousands more!).
While she holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, she considers her time with startups the best MBA on the planet. Her professional roles have been in the areas of product management, program management and strategic management roles for over 13 years, but truly she loves solving problems and using abundant energy and creativity to maximize every activity, every process, every person, and every dollar she encounters. She’s even completed ministry school.
Arianna has designed a life she loves with the freedom to pursue her passions of travel, connecting people and cultures, and supporting the development of businesses around the world. She is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for social entrepreneurship and it’s power to transform lives.
