The Old Leadership Model is Broken!
We have all heard there is no "I" in TEAM, but to team members their individual roles and how they maximize their strengths in these roles makes all the difference in the world.
After working with numerous governments agencies, non-profit organizations, educational institutions and corporations, Rad Watkins figured out that humans have instinctual tendencies to act in certain ways that can either make them an asset as they bring their best forward, or make them a difficult person to deal with as they fall into the same traps over and over again.

Rad's success strategies are published in the book Animal Leadership: Leadership Lessons Learned from Wildlife for Leading Yourself and Others. The book not only describes what motivates all living creatures, but relates human personalities to those of the bear, wolf, eagle, and wild horse. Being a group leader or team player starts with being the leader of your own life. By knowing what animal you are metaphorically, you can put yourself in the right "habitat" to thrive. By recognizing the personality of others, you can "feed" them information in the way they prefer.

What They Are Saying
"I thought this session was wonderful! It got everybody motivated and in a good mood. Rad did a great job. I enjoyed it immensely."
-Linda Herrmann, Labor Relations and Employees Services
"I have utilized Radley Watkins' Animal Leadership Training for my event and I highly recommend him!"
-Dr. Ross Davis, Workforce Development Coordinator, Northwoods NiiJii Enterprise Community Inc.
"My firm hired Rad Watkins to give his Animal Leadership speech to kick off a three-day training event we conducted for a United States government agency. Rad both entertained and educated our audience of government leaders. We chose Rad because the way he framed leadership principles in relation to wild animals (bear, wolf, horse and eagle) was different and memorable. The animal leadership survey that the 70 participants took created “buzz” before the event. We received fantastic feedback! It was an excellent way to begin the day and the conversation about our “animal personalities” lasted throughout the event. Rad was easy to work with and we will plan to work with him again. Animal Leadership provides a valuable tool to improve leadership skills and I highly recommend Rad Watkins."
-E. Davon Kelly, President/CEO Novad Consulting
"Excellent presentation today, Radley had a whole group of county employees really fired up and excited; Howling, and ready to go first thing early on a Wednesday morning. Very easy to work with. Helped get the employees focused on leadership, and that they are all leaders, and that they can all make a difference."
-Lisa Charbarneau, Employee Services Manager, Oneida County
