Her humorous and straight forward approach to human performance improvement has been perfected through 20 years of training executives, actors, healthcare providers, military personnel, teachers and business owners at many Fortune 500 companies worldwide and institutions such as New York University, Citibank, The AIDS World Foundation and McCann Erickson.
Anita has worked extensively throughout the globe in varied roles from leadership and career development Coach for a global cosmetics corporation, to Executive Trainer of leadership, management and presentation skills to companies ranging from pharmaceutical and manufacturing giants to the largest advertising agency in the world.
Additionally, Anita served as Senior Strategic Advisor for Professor Luc Montagnier and his World Foundation for Medical Prevention and Research. Prof. Montagnier was the 2008 Nobel Prize recipient in medicine for his discovery of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). In 2013 SanaMEd LLC was founded by Anita to address the demand of soft skills traning and stress management for healthcare professionals. She also joined the committee of the International Symposium on Critical Care and Emergency Medicine held annually in Bali, Indonesia lecturing on Communication skills for Clinicians. These experiences have given her an invaluable inside view of leadership and human performance development.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Anita’s credits in her native country include work in theatre and TV, as well as radio appearances as an actor, director and commentator. Anita holds a BFA in Theatre from Tel Aviv University, Israel and conducted graduate studies in Interpersonal Communication and Speech at New York University. Among her many certifications are the NLP Master Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Coach, Life Coach, Motivational Coach and others. A true citizen of the world, Anita is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Spanish.
