About This Event
Organizer would like a motivational speaker to provide customer service training for 2 to 3 hours. The objective should be to provide insight and tips for customer service reps to provide better service for members of service (i.e. soft skills). The speaker must be fun, engaging, and relate to mostly female minority participants. There will be 175 attendees. The time allotted can contain a break and activity.
