How Meditation can improve the quality of m your life
As a long time meditator(38 years) I will inspire you with information on how I have improved my life with the practice of meditation. This simple yet effective practice has been around for thousands of years. You will hear the benefits you can expect to gain and I will give you examples of how it has benefited my life and many people I know. I will teach your group the fundamentals of Meditation and You will begin to see results quickly with just two sessions twice a day for no more than 20 minutes each.
