Trust is the most critical foundation block for any personal and professional relationship. No trust means no engagement and no relationship. What can be built in a lifetime can be destroyed in a reckless minute and once lost, can never be fully regained. This engaging and entertaining keynote/breakout and expanded program for workshops, is designed to help break us out of existing patterns and learn to trust and keep trusting ourselves and each other. With a strengthened trust, teamwork is propelled exponentially forward and engagement is substantially increased top-down, down-up and laterally. The net result: An environment primed for success. A crucial component of trust is communication. How, when, where and what we communicate, both verbally and non-verbally goes a long way towards creating an impression and assumption as to our trustworthiness. This program will borrow from aviation related themes (i.e. trusting the instruments, trusting our plane, ourselves and other pilots) as well as from an unlikely source; improvisational comedy. A key activity which everyone (regardless of audience size) will actively participate is the “Yes, and. . .” exercise. Simple words do make a difference and when completed will be clearly demonstrated to all participants. This program is designed for any organizational environment which looks to improve teamwork, increase engagement and create/maintain a culture of continuous success.
