The health center model success is set from the top down. The board must be effective in their duties and also maintaining a healthy relationship with the CEO. In order to be diligent in their duties each must be aware of the duties required of each of them. The health center model is a parallel to the model of Napoleon Hill's Success Principles. We demonstrate how the principles apply not only individually but as a whole. Having worked with health centers from a rubber stamp to those that have an adversarial approach to the CEO we are able to provide real life examples of what happens.
