Cross Cultural Communication and Strategic Business Trends
Global Strategy and Business Interaction

The focus of the speaking engagement will be on how to identify global opportunities and to develop a strategy your company can then use to effectively compete. Interactive case studies will highlight successful and ineffective approaches executives have used in-the-past. We will also discuss the strategic and cross-cultural challenges facing managers whose work involves ongoing interaction with international executives working in their home office, or executives who are responsible for managing overseas operations from a domestic base. Additionally, I can discuss the issues involved with hosting international visitors, and considerations for executives who choose live-and-work in another country, either on a short-term or long-term basis. Finally, I will supplement the material by sharing my personal experience and discussing implementation challenges. I am fortunate to be able to travel and consult frequently, and speak, read and write 7 different languages with varying degrees of fluency. Thank you for your consideration.
