Head and Shoulders (the dandruff shampoo) famously employed the tagline, “You never get a second chance, to make a first impression”. While they were referring to dandruff mitigation, their tagline universally applies. Furthermore, vision is our primary source of information and 70%+ of all communications are non-verbal. The takeaway: We are always communicating with others, but are we communicating deliberately and powerfully? This keynote/breakout and expanded program for workshops focuses on the CHA(rt) method for successful communications. Created by Moe Glenner (a fan of mnemonics), CHA(rt) will help everyone in an organization, from the executive level through the entry level, communicate intentionally and effectively. Audiences will participate and be entertained by the various exercises which will clearly illustrate and demonstrate the importance of the CHA(rt) components as well as how to practically employ them in any situation, professionally and personally. The net result: Communications across the organization that build strong relationships both internally and externally. This program is designed for any organizational environment which looks to more effectively communicate, strengthen internal and external relationships, increase engagement and create/maintain a culture of continuous success.
