Leadership - A Simple Systematic Approach to Leadership

Good solutions are simple solutions. Think – "Train the Trainer," now relate that concept to leadership. Every person is a leader on some level; as we train the followers to be leaders they will begin by leading themselves. They will develop self-confidence and gain a sense of ownership in the process. The trick is you don't want to lead; you want your people to lead themselves while you provide basic guidance and encouragement. Leadership success is measured by results; results are produced by actions – actions are produced through intrinsic leadership. Therefore, when we empower our team to lead from where they are we will see their personal productivity will climb increasing the results desired by upper-level leaders.
