The Whole 4 Life keynote or workshop will give attendees two things: 1. A deeper understanding of themselves, and 2., The ability to use this information to enhance their effectiveness at work or at home. This session uses information from my book showing how to maintain a balance in the “4 quadrants” of what makes us healthy as people—Heart, Mind, Soul, and Body. We help people assess these areas, aka. Passion, Perception, Person, and Power. We also help them apply their strengths in these areas to succeed. People leave this presentation knowing how they can best connect with others and achieve better results in all areas of life based on what makes them unique as an individual. Sessions include personality assessment, motivational assessment, personal analysis of thought patterns/positive thinking, and an understanding of how physical health impacts all other areas of life.
