After finding the secret which helped me grow my business by double digits every year for over 10 years I decided to share that knowledge and help other businesses grow their business. 80% of all my clients came to me because another one of my clients told them to. The amazing fact is that I have never asked for those referrals. If you truly do your job right you should never have to ask for the referrals but you will always have plenty of them. We (I and the audience) start by defining what a perfect customer is, I then talk about such issues as getting your clients to talk about you even when you or what you do is not the subject at hand. We also discuss such issues as perception is 90% of reality and before it's over I convince the group that the most important concept to walk away from this presentation with is, "if you want a better answer, ask a better question." That can change every aspect of any corporation which will produce better productivity, hence a more robust bottom line.
