This innovative speaking program (ROL - Respect Over Lunch) consists of a series of lunch time (1 hour) speaking programs that focus on inspiring and educating a group, or workforce, on the importance and value of respect in a workplace - using an incremental approach that transforms attitudes. The program consists of up to 12 (one hour) modules covering the importance and value of respect in the workplace, as well as each one of The Top Ten Laws of Respect in the Workplace - as presented in the book, "The Top Ten Laws of Respect in the Workplace - A Professional Guide", authored by the speaker. The first module (speaking session) lays the foundation by presenting and covering the concept and constructs of respect and the principles that govern respect. Subsequent modules (speaking sessions) build on this foundation by focusing on each of the principles in the book, The Top Ten Laws of Respect in the Workplace, in a practical and insightful manner. The speaking program may be delivered in twelve (12) hourly increments, or six (6) hourly fast track increments (covering two modules per session) - using a keynote speaking format, or a town hall interactive format. Lastly, this program is designed to be transformational or interventional for organizations seeking to transform or enrich their workplace culture for the better.
