Realizing that several demographic groups – single women, seniors, investors, and bilingual clients –critical market sectors in her personal practice and the national market at large were being underserved, Tara melded insights from her Psychology background, legal and negotiating savvy, and real estate expertise to innovate a system which she has now used to coach hundreds of single women and investors to success at the endeavor of purchasing a home. At the same time, Tara recruited and coached bilingual agents, in order to reach and serve the particular needs of the Spanish- and Vietnamese-speaking communities.

real estate, business and legal topics with an emphasis on managing expectations and coaching attendees on the mindset and behavioral elements which will set them up for success at accomplishing their business or lifestyle goals, come what may. As well, Tara’s seminars demonstrate her extraordinary interdisciplinary perspective; each seminar is brightened by humorous and serious lessons from her diverse background in such wide-ranging contexts as the FBI, teaching heating & air conditioning trainees, life as a teenaged mother, and the fast-paced worlds of metropolitan law firms and high end Bay Area real estate.
