For 20 years Tenaya Wallace developed stories to inspire. Working with a wide range of charitable organizations, from business greening to organ donation, Tenaya produced programs that elevated public engagement in a cause. Purpose-driven her entire life, Tenaya took a foray into a Fortune 500 and realized the power and importance of keeping employees connected to the meaning of their work.
Tenaya created “Find the Why” to help individuals and organizations connect to why they do what they do.
Tenaya holds a Bachelors of Arts from Tulane University in New Orleans and a Masters of Public Policy from the Luskin School of Public Affairs at UCLA. Tenaya is a native Angeleno and lives in Silver Lake with her husband and two children, who attend the same public elementary school she did.
