Randy was on the staff of the Va. Beach Leadership Workshop for 8 years and has a wealth of knowledge regarding practical leadership techniques and tools. His presentations on leadership are based on the format and materials used successfully by the Va. Beach Leadership Workshop for over 40 years.
He has over 20 years experience as an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, including 4 years with the tax departments of Big Five C.P.A. firms. He has been a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars for attorneys and CPAs on taxation, business planning, estate planning and estate administration issues. He is available to speak on any of those issues as well as on tax issues associated with aircraft ownership and pilots.
He is a Private Pilot with experience as an amateur bush pilot in Alaska, flying aerobatics and as a pilot in the Civil Air Patrol.
He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, graduated from Virginia Tech in 1980, and from the Law School at the College of William & Mary in 1984. He earned his Private Pilot license shortly after graduating from Virginia Tech and currently flies out of Centennial Airport near Denver. He moved to Denver in 1988 to attend the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Denver and has stayed in the Denver area ever since.
