Originally from the UK, but now living in Southern Texas, Michael is the leading expert in leveraging accountability as a means to develop organizational excellence. His background has been in operations management, but in more recent years Michael has devoted his career to providing powerful solutions to organizational non-conformance and under performance.
Michael graduated with a MBA from the University of Wales, at Aberystwyth in the UK and has since devoted years to the development of accountability systems that not only work, but upon which people in organizations can thrive and grow.
Michael has learned that wherever there are goals, objectives and processes that need to be conformed to, tasks that need to be done, standards maintained, change implemented or improved methods adhered to, that accountability (good, effective employee building accountability), is the binding principle that guarantees success.
With accountability, managers and their organizations excel, without it a World Class outcome cannot possibly be achieved. Yet effective accountability is the one thing that is lacking in many organizations, often because of the potential that it can be provided in a destructive way or due to a lack of knowledge as to how to use the power of accountability effectively. Michael is the author of the book: The Power of Accountability. He owns and manages StreamDynamics, LLC. and it's through that company that he has developed powerful software systems and tools which drive, if not guarantee the accountability process to a highly dynamic and successful outcome.
