About Norman S. Wolfe
Norman Wolfe, founder of Quantum Leaders, Inc., has spent over 35 years working with a variety of organizations from technology start ups to Fortune 500 companies on improving their ability to execute strategy. Norman is best known as the author and creator of The Living Organization, a robust new model which identifies and helps to overcome the dynamic, and often invisible, forces impacting personal and organizational success.
Today, Norman continues to write and expand upon The Living Organizations series of featured products, assessment tools, and books. Norman also co-authored "6 Steps to the Future: How Mass Customization is Changing Our World", an international best seller published in four languages. He is a highly sought after professional and motivational speaker, and trusted advisor to industry leading companies and executives.
Prior to starting Quantum Leaders, Inc., Norman was a 15 year veteran of Hewlett Packard, where he was credited with turning around a failing $1.2 billion operation and setting new standards of productivity and customer service.
Norman serves as Chairman of the Governance Committee of the Board of Directors for National Technical Systems, a NASDAQ traded company, Chairman of the Board for Web Wise Kids, a national non-profit, and has sat on the Board of nearly a dozen large associations, conservatories, and corporations throughout his career. He is affiliated with prominent C-level membership organizations dedicated to improving conscious business practices today, including the Conscious Business Alliance, World Future Society, and others. Norman is an ordained Interfaith Minister.
If asked, Norman will tell you that his life purpose is to "support and enhance all living entities - individuals, organizations and companies alike - on their developmental path, in turn advancing the development and dignity of the human spirit."
