Dr. Rod Rogers is a life-long student and practitioner of leadership, with over twenty-five years of intensive leadership and professional speaking experience. He is an author, writer, former church planter and pastor, entrepreneur, and success and humor coach. He is the founder and president of Leaderskills International, a consulting firm specializing in motivational speaking, leadership development, and non-profit fund raising.

His fundraising program--the Dynamic Giving System(tm)--has been used by over 1,000 churches in 13 countries, including Canada, India, the Philippines, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Singapore, resulting in giving increases of 20 to almost 300 percent.
