In June 2009, as a way to help others turn their life’s lemons into lemonade, Dave Justus published, “The Lemonade Stand: How to Make a Difference 101.” However, that December, he was faced with his greatest lemon when childhood cancer resulted in the untimely diagnosis and eventual death of an eight-year-old family member. True to his beliefs, on June 11, 2011, he made lemonade. As a way to raise awareness for children with cancer, he led a community effort to set the Guinness Record for the world’s longest lemonade stand, a lengthy 2,614’ 2” (see details at www.LemonadeDave.com).
Today, as a way to help others go higher, faster, and longer in some area of their lives, “Lemonade Dave” is on a mission to help one million people reach their full potential by 2020. In addition to his upcoming book, “Unstoppable Potential: How Guinness World Records Can Inspire You to Become, Everything You Are Capable of Becoming,” he especially enjoys speaking to schools, colleges, community organizations, and businesses.
Note: Lemonade Dave is the ideal speaker for high school, college, association and non-profit events.
