Linda Shaffer-Vanaria narrowly survived the crash of a high performance jet airplane early in her flying career. Now she is the Leading Authority on Edge Performance. She focuses on championing leaders and businesses to to take more ownership of Leading themselves, their teams and their businesses decisively in uncharted territory and when pushing the edge. She strives to grow the "Thrival Factor" of those she touches by her speaking and with her workshops and books. Linda acquired and honed her expertise in Edge Performance from her 20+ year career and experiences as one of the first women U.S. Navy Test Pilots and Squadron Commanders. During Linda’s time as a Naval Officer and Navy Pilot, she routinely was invited to speak and appear in media, including a segment on CNN following the launch of the movie “Top Gun” and also as one of the featured pilots in the popular children’s video “There Goes an Airplane.” She has authored the book "Piloting Your Edge" and was a featured authored in the recently launched book "Pure Wealth 26 Ways to Crazy Profitability."
