Prior to becoming a professional speaker and leadership coach, Scotty owned a personal training business, worked in sports medicine and was a competitve bodybuilder. Whats next is finishing his book, The Champions Manifesto, his signature system on implementing leadership and founding the International Team Sports Association which promotes character, ethics and leadership in team sports.
