Motivating groups of people to achieve their goals is my passion. It is through this passion that I have positively motivated and inspired people to change their lives. I enjoy researching the latest motivational techniques, nutrition findings, and fitness methods . My affection for learning helps me embrace these new ideas providing amazing results.
I am a positive, high energy, and hard working individual. I currently am a motivational speaker, group fitness instructor and nutrition coach. My goals are to motivate individuals to not only live healthier, more active lifestyles, but also to move forward in life no matter what their avenue. I do this through nutrition education, encouraging individuals to include or expand on their current exercise routine, and explaining how they can achieve any goal they desire! Throughout my life I have been involved with many different athletic events such as bodybuilding, dancing, football, and track and field, all of which take dedication and commitment. I compete regularly in triathlons, and other high endurance athletic events. On August 26, 2012 I completed my first Ironman Triathlon. When making the decision to compete in the Ironman, I did not know how to swim, I did not own a road bike, and I had never run a marathon, all are very important aspects of completing an Ironman Triathlon.
