She co-authored the bestsellers: Win, 35 Winning Strategies from Today's Leading Entrepreneurs; The Only Business Book You'll Ever Need co-authored with legendary business leader Brian Tracy and The Success Secret co-authored with Chicken Soup for the Soul founder Jack Canfield. Her latest books include: Inspiring Leadership in Retail& Restaurant Development.

With more than 25 years in the retail industry, Grace is an advocate for the advancement of the retail and restaurant development industry. She also teaches a writing class and partners with diverse organizations to empower groups seeking her advice on business, life balance, and at times, just the necessary "shot of inspiration" when faced with challenges. Grace holds a degree in Advertising & Media Communications from F.I.T., is a Dale Carnegie HIP & GA certified graduate and received her coaching certification from Certified Coaches Federation™. Grace is the recipient of various awards, including the Editor’s Choice Awards for her published works. She has been inducted into the National Academy of Best-Selling Authors™ and is a member of the American Society of Journalist and Authors. Grace is an honored recipient to 2012/2013 NAPW Professional Women of the Year.
