I am a life and certified career transition coach, a trainer and an instructor, a published author of 31 Tips to Becoming an Effective Presenter and a contributor to the books Discover your Inner Strength with Brian Tracy, Ken Blanchard and Stephen Covey and Yes You Can" with and Dr. Warren Bennis. 

I have been a keynote speaker at various events, including the Calgary Toastmasters Leadership Training Institute and the Lions International District Conference. I have spoken to audiences or provided training throughout Southern California, Tampa, FL, Springfield, IL, Las Vegas, Calgary, Canada, Tbilisi Georgia (Eastern Europe), and Jakarta, Indonesia.

Because I had a terrible fear of public speaking for many years, my primary passion is coaching and mentoring others to be confident and feel comfortable when speaking in public.. 

I begin by adapting the Law of Attraction by explaining that we need to stop thinking and saying the 4-letter "F" word, F E A R, because as long as we think it, it will still be in our subconscious mind. We have to replace fear, anxiety, stage fright, etc. with comfort, confident, poise, etc. 

Another passion is training and coaching technical professionals on how to give effective presentations. So many give technically enriching, but rather boring and mundane presentations. By "Preparing with your Minds and Speaking from your Heart," our presentations will excel to excellence.

My last and most important passion (which I include in all my presentations) is helping others to believe in themselves because, without a belief in ourselves, we can't achieve our dreams.

Prepare with Your Mind—Speak from Your Heart

Though presenters are very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise and can converse quite well within the framework of their company or industry, few if any, have had formal education or training on how to give presentations? To give effective presentations, we need to learn the fundamental techniques of using our gestures and body language to draw the picture of our message and our voice to grab the audience's attention. We also need to learn how to hone in our message to make an impact. Mostly, we must speak from the heart in order to show others the value of our message.  

You will be guided through a series of steps and exercises (ranging from a 20 min. presentation to a 2-day Knowledge Camp) as you develop your technical presentation skills while developing your understanding of why we need to speak from our heart.

To be successful in Twittering, we need to add value for our followers. Frank will guide you through a series of steps he has learned to build quality followers from 30 to more than 3,000 in less than three months.  Perhaps, Frank could have built his followers from 30 to 30,000 or even to 300,000 followers; however, he wanted to find quality business people who shared his values. Frank will also show you the value of tweeting and how to update both Facebook and LinkedIn, promote your products/services without being a nuisance, and much more.
