Biography

 Frieda Stewart is a master at multi-tasking as she is a registered nurse, Director of Nursing, owner and CEO of VitalAttitudes, LLC, author of “Don’t Cry Over Spilled Bedpans,” a two time published poet who earned the honor of Editors Choice in 2006 from the National Poets Society and a gifted speaker who travels all over the US making a difference in the lives of others.  Frieda’s passion for the health care field is evident in everything she does.  Frieda has expanded her career to become one of the top attitude trainers in the nation.  She now presents over 50 dynamic and energized presentations per year.   Her clients include state and national health care organizations, youth organizations, health care facilities, professional associations, schools and church organizations.  Frieda has a very straight forward, positive approach which hits the audience right in the heart. She weaves real life situations into her message that have a way of making you reflect on your own life and how you interact with family and co-workers. Her message can be relevant to every individual in the audience in one way or the other.  Frieda's presentations may make you cry, they may make you laugh, but most of all Frieda makes you FEEL.
