Biography

Eugene J. Wallace has been called a, “Strategic Advantage,” by many of his clients. As founder and president of Family Business Advisers, and as a Trusted Adviser and Mentor to Business Owners/Presidents/CEOs/Successors, Eugene has integrated his experience as a husband, father, successful business owner, coach and his understanding of business and organizational theory, to forge a highly effective practice advising business leaders in the success and succession of their businesses.  He works with business leaders as they: Discover where they want to take their business and why; Determine, with candid clarity, what the current state of the business is; then assists leaders as they Develop an intentional and wise plan in the pursuit of success and succession; finally, he encourages/assists them as they Do the work.  

 

As a successful business owner and entrepreneur, Eugene’s successes and challenges in manufacturing, marketing, financial services and strategic advising have honed his ability to understand the elements of effective business growth, and how to provide strategic advantage to the leaders who grow them.  In his work with hundreds of business leaders, he has developed highly effective processes to impact Strategic Planning, Leader Team Development and Succession Strategies.
