Biography

Dr. Stephanie is author of MarriageBiz and creator of AmBizious Families. Some of her former speaking audiences include RCI Holdings, SmartStart, Our Saviour Lutheran Church, and her local Chamber of Commerce.  Dr. Stephanie has been a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist since 2002.  She owns and directs Stephanie Weiland LLC, a popular psychotherapy practice in Laurel, Maryland.  Dr. Stephanie has been featured in her local media, including on Leap of Faith and The Marketing Pulpit Radio Show.  

Dr. Stephanie’s vision is to nurture ambitious American families - families that are ambitious not only in the traditional sense of career success – people who are seeking to be successful in all areas of family functioning: love and affection, respect, organizational functioning, work ethic, and service to family and community.   Her AmBizious Families programs include MarriageBiz, FamilyBiz, The AmBizious Parent, ParentBiz, Dating Biz, The AmBizious Family, and the AmBizious Lover.  All of Dr. Stephanie’s programs help people to translate important concepts from successful business right into their personal and family relationships.
