BiographyI've invested 15+ years speaking and facilitating at national and regional events for corporations as large as IBM, Compaq, Dell, Exxon, and MCI, etc... I'm equally comfortable Coaching and Consulting One-on-One as I am speaking to groups of 500+. I have also trained , coached, and provided Keynote presentations to over 10,000 students, attendees, and members at more than 100 "Fortune 500" corporations and private entities througout the US.
My true passion and gift has always been empowering people. Teaching, motivating, and inspiring people is what made me such a well respected national speaker and Communications Consultant. Even though the lion's share of my professional consulting career has been technology centric, effective communications and and my ability to motivate/inspire the individual has always been my strongest attribute.
I am a Master Communicator with a genuine passion and compassion that shines through irrespective of the subject matter. I am a polished, experienced, and engaging presenter. In 1999, I launched need2M Communications to better serve and address the tremendous professional deficits I noted in the fundamental communication abilities at all levels of industry. Motivation and inspiration are great tools but they are severely hampered by an individual or teams inability to master the various elements of effective communication that are required to execute a strategy. So, although I continue to speak at the occasional IT conference when requested, Personal and Professional Communications, Motivation, and Inspiration are my strong suits.
