Beyond motivational, beyond entertaining, Betty Jean Steinshouer spent 22 years on the Chautauqua circuit.  As the 10th of 11 children born on a dirt farm in the Ozarks, she is the only one who went to college.  She earned her way through undergraduate and graduate school on scholarships, based on her ability as a speaker, a writer. and a teacher.  Her knowledge and love of history and literature is immense, but she also worked for 20 years in human resource management.  She will energize your group by finding common ground, especially with students of all ages, teachers, volunteers, and those who wonder what the future will bring for America.
