Biography

It had to be more to it than if the glass is half full or half empty. I heard all the talk about attitude and how it is more important than skills and if you have a good attitude, good things happen to you etc. But in all my training in sports, class room and home not one person could explain just what is that attitude thing is and can it be changed. It took me on a journey of 20 years of coaching football, operating a company, building another company from the ground up as its National Sales Manger and raising a family to develop a blueprint on what that attitude thing is and what's it about. During the journey I spoke at trade shows all over the country to see if people north of the Mason Dixon Line could in fact understand what I was saying, I have a small southern accent and I was born on April the first. Those two factors make my sessions very entertaining.  Then I put the journey into a teachable system with simple stories like David and Goliath, the step by step process of a shepherd boy becoming a king. The young queen Esther who when faced with adversity is told,"What if God has brought you here for such a time as this", so we may overcome adversity also. The story of the Tower of Bablel, which is really a lesson on diversity. This method makes the process of attitude building interesting and entertaining.
