Lou Dobbs, when he interviewed Arlene for his national program remarked that she was "on target with every point made about how the lack of professionalism is impacting harmony and productivity in the workplace." Working with CEOs, lawyers, support staff or students their feedback frequently is: "You changed my life in ONE session!" (See testamonials on her website: ARLENEBISAACS.COM.)
Arlene has been in earthquakes, a civil war, major hurricanes and found ways to serve instead of bemoan. She got a flashlight and went out on Geary in San Francisco in 1989, when the huge earthquake struck and took out all the electricity of the area. She stood in the middle of the street and directed traffic for three hours in the pitch black night to allow cars to safely drive to their destinations, home.
Arlene is about SOLUTIONS. She is creative and brings a lifetime of diverse experiences with her. Early on, having worked with an Ambassador, U.S. Chief of Protocol she observed and acquired skills that help to distinguish her in any arena. AND she teaches Executives and inner-city youth how to "do the right thing" in any area so they have more opportunities.
Arlene is known for her gift of "CONNECTING". Inner-city teens and international executives immediately feel comfortable with her. Whether she is coaching or presenting, leading a workshop or on a panel, she exudes "GENUINE", and, "ACCESSIBLE". She is a TOASTMASTER AWARD WINNER, has spoken at FORBES Conferences, ("EXECUTIVE WOMEN AT THE SUMMIT"), The World Bank, The National Conference of Women in Communications, (WICI), been Principal of The Day in NYC... What differentiates Arlene from other speakers and CONSULTANTS is her ability to think creatively due to her remarkable background. Arlene created sub-liminal marketing tools for NEIMAN MARCUS used in twelve of their stores. She provides what each unique client needs, from a former US Chief of Protocol, Fortune Fifty CEOs, entrepreneurs, people in transition AND a Miss Universe. She creates a comfort level that allows people of all backgrounds to express themselves, their challenges and objectives.
As a COMMUNICATOR she has written a weekly column on PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT in the NY POST,("ASK ARLENE") and is often herself interviewed in CRAIN'S NY BUSINESS, THE NY TIMES, WALL ST. JOURNAL...on television and radio on business issues including: "MAXIMIZE THE RESULTS OF YOUR NETWORKING", PRESENTATION SKILLS, ("YOU DON'T HAVE A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION"), and COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ("SAY WHAT YOU MEAN AND GET WHAT YOU WANT"). As a concerned citizen, Arlene donates her time working with at-risk youth, helping them to Stand Out NOT Strike Out through her non-profit organization: "Respectful Communications, Inc." Let Arlene help you FIND MEANING AND FULFILLMENT.
