Who is Rad Watkins?

Radley "Rad" Watkins is an award winning conservationist and accomplished wildlife scientist. Rad has collected DNA samples from grizzly bears, rehabilitated bald eagles, tracked wolves, and studied mustangs. Rad has served in both the public and private sector. He has served as a government official and as a manager in the corporate consulting world. Rad has made numerous TV and radio appearances. He has written many strategic management plans and even contributed to prestigious scientific journals. He has an easy going and fun-filled style.

Currently, Rad speaks and shows others how to take control of their life, and become the kind of leader that can not only achieve their personal goals, but help others bring their best forward. Rad has spoken to thousands of people of all ages, including international audiences. He calls his system Animal Leadership, and it is applicable to success in any field, regardless of age or discipline.

Rad's success strategies are published in the book Animal Leadership: Leadership Lessons Learned from Wildlife for Leading Yourself and Others. The book not only describes what motivates all living creatures, but relates human personalities to those of the bear, wolf, eagle, and wild horse. Being a group leader or team player starts with being the leader of your own life. By knowing what animal you are metaphorically, you can put yourself in the right habitat to thrive.
