Who the heck is Tim Keck? He is a veteran of two decades of crime-fighting, retiring from law enforcement as Chief of Police. He has taken what he learned about thriving in a high-stress, high-stakes profession and brought those lessons to corporate America.

Tim speaks on a variety of topics with leadership and teamwork at the top of the list. Comfortable in a wide array of venues, his favorite engagement is an opportunity for an "interactive keynote" where he is allowed to engage and involve the audience. This always results in a lot of learning and a lot of laughs.  

Tim is now the managing partner at Performance , LLC, a management consultancy based in NW Arkansas, is a certified executive coach, and a founding member of the Sock Monkey Improv troupe. He has been quoted in publications from Newsweek to The New York Times and has made several appearances on national television.

During his police career, Chief Keck worked his way up through the ranks, serving in many capacities including Patrol Officer, K-9 Trainer, Detective Supervisor and SWAT Team Commander. He has testified before a Congressional committee, provided VIP protection to celebrities and spearheaded a multi-national undercover investigation.
