He has held executive positions in companies large and small, both Public and Venture Owned, and through his carreer as a CEO and Senior Executive,his leadership has generated tens of millions in new profits and shareholder value for these companies. In addition to speaking and writing, he is a sought after consultant and serves as a Director and Advisor to businesses around the country.

In 2007 Terry earned the distinction of “Executive Scholar” from the Kellogg School of Management and in 2006 he was appointed to the Board of Examiners of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.
