Pamela started her professional career over 20 years ago as a claims adjuster with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. She has also been a supervisor, manager and trainer for businesses like, Safeco Insurance, Peerless Insurance and others. Pamela is also a certified hospice patient volunteer.
Drawing upon her own extensive business experience, she's successfully presented for service and hospitality organizations like the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, student groups like The National High School Journalism Convention and other professional groups like The Property Loss Research Bureau and the Connecticut Management Advisory Council with many positive results.
She has an engaging, humorous yet professional style to which people quickly relate and enjoy. To the delight of her audiences, she weaves her own personal stories and experiences into each session. From her hillarious encounters with farm animals while on the road, troubles with irate customers or her touching hospice stories, Pamela will have your groups engaged and delighted from beginning to end.
Whether speaking to young journalism students who want to hone their interview skills or working with seasoned professionals who want to improve their customer communications, Pamela knows how to interact with the audience so that everyone feels a personal connection. Every participant leaves with "NEWS THEY CAN USE" immediately!
An internationally published writer and editor, Pamela's book, "365" - A Year's Worth of Positve Acts To Change Your World" will be available soon.
****Pamela would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to the Connecticut Management Advisory Council for inviting her to speak before their terrific group on 9-22-2011!****
