Coach McKenzie bring an experienced background in both for-profit and non-profit sectors- Several years of experience in various leadership positions- Developed strategic relationships with large and small corporations, community organizations and others, Facilitated communication and problem resolutions-Organized and managed both fundraising and capital campaign- Instrumental in youth program development-An Individual whose personal philosophy and values have enabled him to succeed , Motivate, inspire and lead others.

- Plan, prepare and facilitate in-school workshops, workshops for non-profit organizations  and corporations.

 - Develop and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with school staff and administration

 - Assist  students one-on-one when necessary and be flexible to meet student needs

-  Design  workshop curriculum

- Promote athletics as an educational tool in the classroom and community.
