Lanea Miller is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, author, motivational speaker, and online consultant. She graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a BA in Psychology and a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has spent the last twelve years working in the mental health field, providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy, helping thousands of individuals reclaim happiness in their lives.
Lanea co-hosted the radio program “Talk Therapy” on KLAY 1180AM. She has been published on Livestrong.com and has been featured as an expert in a variety of different publications. Lanea has provided many different trainings and group facilitations on the topics of decreasing stress, managing fear and reclaiming happiness. Some of her past clients include, the University of Washington, The Boeing Company, and Washington Closure Hanford.
