Kathy Sparrow is a transformational success coach and trainer, specializing in inspiring individuals who are currently experiencing high levels of success in many areas of their lives, yet want to excel beyond their edges on the road to mastery. She trained with Jack Canfield, Co-Founder of the Chicken Soup for the Soul ® series and author of The Success Principles®, in his prestigious 2011 Train the Trainer program. She is on the 2012 Assisting Team for Canfield’s trainings, including Train the Trainer, Breakthrough to Success, and Advanced Breakthrough to Success.
Kathy’s philosophy is that we are all capable of reaching our highest potential possible if we are willing to embrace the adventure of dancing at the edges of life––in our work, our play, our relationships, and our health and fitness. A believer in modeling behavior she encourages in her clients, Kathy strives to play full out and raise the bar in every area of her life through her work with a business coach, personal trainer, and by continuing to evolve through continued study in the areas of personal and professional development.
She is certified by The Taylor Protocols(tm) in the Core Values Index (tm), an assessment tool designed to characterize and measure the innate unchanging nature of individuals, which is then used to assist them in maximizing their strengths–-and weaknesses––to achieve greater success. Kathy is nearing the completion of her certification in RIM, a mind-body technique that accesses our subconscious mind to minimize individual suffering and maximize internal resources, so all people live healthy, vibrant, and successful lives.
A former saltwater fly fishing guide on the Lower Laguna Madre––and one of the only female fly fishing guides in the nation–– Kathy travels with individuals and corporate groups to premier fly fishing designations in the world for her program, "Fly Fishing at Your Edge," where she assists individuals in achieving greater awareness of their strengths and weaknesses on the water––and how those patterns directly relate to other areas of their life off the water. She writes about this discovery in her book, On the Mother Lagoon: Fly Fishing and the Spiritual Journey.
