John Gregory Vincent is an expert in maximizing human potential. He partners with companies, organizations and individuals, transforming overall performance and individual satisfaction.

He has two prepared programs but can and does create customized programs for many clients in the area of human potential.

Colorful is a bit of an understatement for John Gregory. Thrown out of college unceremoniously at the beginning of his junior year he enlisted in the Navy and volunteered for submarine duty in 1983. He rose quickly becoming an E-9, Master Chief and then a Command Master Chief in 16 years. After finishing his 20 year Navy career he moved on to a brief but highly successful career in advertising sales, selling CBS television, newspaper and online advertising. He became the most junior sales manager in his companies 100+ year history in 2005. In 2008, during the worst economy in 25+ years he walked away from the high paying world of successful advertising sales and opened his own consulting firm, then Genesis Consulting, now The Genesis Group LLC (http://gconsultinggrp.com). He has built a highly successful and ever growing company from a yellow sticky idea in less than 4 years. Along the way he finished his Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and will be awarded his MBA in June of 2012. He is in the midst of starting his second company at age 51 and expects to launch it by mid summer 2012.

John Gregory has achieved wild success despite having some baggage that cause many people to give up. He self managed his undiagnosed Bi-Polar and ADHD till getting professional help at age 47. He also is a recovering alcoholic with 9 years of sobriety under his grateful belt. John Gregory is NOT a motivational speaker; motivation comes from YOU, not him. He will however inspire any and all that hear him, while also making you laugh and perhaps even cause you to shed a tear or two, but MOSTLY you will laugh and LEARN.
