In the 1980's Gregg launched his career while he was serving as a special trainer for the NYPD. Since then he has delivered his powerful message thousands of times across North America and Western Europe for companies, associations and government agencies such as ADP, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Booz Allen Hamilton, Ford Motor Company, Harley-Davidson, HRPA-Canada, DTCC, Qualcomm, SHRM, the US Navy and Warner Bros Studios.

Gregg is the author of the business best-seller: Bad Behavior, People Problems & Sticky Situations: a toolbook for managers and team leads and the forthcoming books "The Dog Who Walked Backwards: a workplace parable" and "Respect: the key to collaboration."

Gregg trained as an actor and has professional leading man experience on the New York and London stages - he's a consummate performer who brings an engaging mix of high energy, humor, creativity and real world insight to any conference, meeting or event.
